A broker can compare multiple lenders against your circumstances, translate policy into plain language and present a stronger application than a single-bank conversation typically allows. You still choose the product; we do the mapping.

Discovery call, fact find, strategy and lender shortlist, formal application, conditional approval, valuation and unconditional approval, then settlement. We keep you informed at each gate so you are never guessing the status of the file.

For most residential loans our remuneration is paid by the lender as commission. If a fee applies (for example some commercial or complex SMSF work) we disclose it in writing before you proceed. There are no surprise invoices after settlement.

A decline is often a policy mismatch, not a permanent verdict. We review the reason, repair the file where possible and place it with a lender whose credit box actually fits.

Impaired credit is not automatically a no. Time since the event, explanation and current surplus all matter. Specialist lenders exist — we will be honest if the file is not ready yet.

Yes, many lenders accept contract, casual and PAYG-plus-overtime income when history and continuity can be evidenced. We match you to policy rather than forcing a PAYG-only product.
